Need help for SQL System?

 SQL Support
  1. Unlimited technical phone support and advice on any aspect of the SQL Software.
  2. Trouble-shooting through remote access using remote desktop or Ultraviewer.
  3. Email support is available and question can be sent to sintech_com@yahoo.com
  4. WhatsApp support is available and question can be text to 012-4625 047.
  5. Special rate for on-site support charge with cover plan (cover plan here means annual maintenance subscription renewal).
  6. On-site support outside Teluk Intan by our site specialists will be chargeable to the customer in terms of meal, allowance, outstation expenses, travelling expenses and accommodation expenses.
  7. Free SQL Software version update (If there is release during your subscription period), ensuring your software runs efficiently and is always compatible with the latest operating systems. 
  8. Free service on migrate server from old server to new server. Service applies to SQL Account data only; other data which is not related to SQL Software will not be entertained.
  9. Not including customise reports, any customise report will be charge.
  10. Not including Hardware support on setting printer or other not relate to SQL Software.

SQL Support Contact

All SQL Software Users are encouraged and recommended to subscribe SQL Annual Maintenance support plan and remain it as annual renewal basis. The subscription of the Support and Maintenance fee depends on:

  1. Types of product (Account, POS, Payroll and etc.) & the edition package.
  2. Add-on modules, program customization, report design and customization of the Accounting Software Solution
  3. Number of users
  4. Time of subscription or renewal (initial, before expiry, after expiry)
  5. Duration of subscription (one year)

Subscribers are entitled to get unlimited desk support (via telephone, email, remote-access and other telecommunication tools or channels deemed suitable) during the period of coverage. Subscribers are required to install the necessary remote access software (Ultraviewer), and give permission access to the servers or any other machines that are related to SQL Accounting system for the purpose of checking or troubleshooting if needed.
